Hajir joined Action in 1997 as store employee in what was then Action’s 13th store. Today, Action has more than 2,950 stores in 13 European countries, serving an average of more than 18.7 million customers every week. 
 Hajir’s career at Action developed in line with the company’s rapid growth: from store colleague to CEO. Professional development is a strong element of Action, where several colleagues also experienced strong professional growth. Last year alone, Action created around 10,000 new jobs and promoted more than 3,500 people internally. In Italy, Action employs more than 3,500 colleagues.
