Lucia Marcuzzo

Since February 2024, Lucia Marcuzzo has served as Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Europe at LS&Co., overseeing the company’s operations across the region.
She joined the company in 2010 as Vice President Retail Europe, managing LS&Co.’s directly operated stores, Ecommerce, and the Franchise network. In March 2016, Lucia was appointed Vice President Central Cluster, driving impactful results across the German group and Benelux. Her regional scope expanded to include the UK and Nordics in September 2020, and she was later named Senior Vice President & Managing Director for North Europe in May 2021, with added responsibility for Eastern Europe.
With over two decades of experience in the retail sector, Lucia’s career began in 1998 at Gruppo Coin, a leading Italian Department store. Prior to LS&Co., she served as Worldwide Head of Retail at Diesel Spa for more than 10 years, managing the directly operated stores network.
Lucia’s passion for retail is evident in her dedication to teamwork and leadership. In her own words, “It is a very people-intense industry, where success depends on teamwork and being able to influence, partner with, and lead people at different levels in the organization.”
Committed to strengthening the Levi’s brand and fostering business growth, Lucia actively drives sustainability and diversity initiatives within LS&Co. She has developed numerous retail environment initiatives and actively promotes diversity within her teams.
Lucia holds a degree in Economics from the University of Cà Foscari in Venice, Italy, her hometown. Since 2010, she has been living in Brussels, Belgium, with her family.
